My, new to me, '95 Tacoma 4x4 was suffering from a sticky throttle plate, so I undid all the clasps and bolts, eventually freed the air box, and exposed the throttle body, I then sprayed TB cleaner in, let it sit, then wiped up all the carbon build up, I reassembled the intake, and now it's running beautifully without the accelerator pedal catching at all.

I had a 98 Taco 4x4. I'm now jelly beans. Does yours have the 3.4l?

No it's the 2.7, and I wish I had the 3.4 because the gas mileage is already bad enough in the 2.7

Haha that's what you think, it's actually the world's largest displacement inline 4 since the war.

My uncle just shot my a pic of his 95 3ZR crossing 200000 miles, they may not get good mileage, but they are bombproof motors and have a pretty decent amount of power/torque for their size.
